Francesca White is a Feldenkrais Practitioner who has specialised in teaching performing artists. She has taught Feldenkrais in the Drama Department at the Victorian College of the Arts, the Melbourne University Music Conservatorium and several schools and colleges. She is in great demand internationally and has co-taught several Voice and Feldenkrais workshops with Stephen Grant, Head of Voice and Early Music at Melbourne University Conservatorium. She teaches privately in Brunswick and Woodend in Victoria as well as internationally.

The Feldenkrais Method® was developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais who taught in Israel and the United States. It is adapted for individuals and specific populations. As a result, it is beneficial in a wide variety of applications - from Childhood Development to Older Adults, Sport and Performance to Chronic Conditions, Injury Prevention to Rehabilitation. People of all ages can participate, from babies and children through to senior citizens with interests ranging from dancers, musicians and athletes to people seeking to relieve movement difficulties, stiffness or pain, or simply to learn a new way. The Feldenkrais Method uses the brain's natural ability to change in response to specific sensory input. This neuroplasticity is central to the effectiveness of the Feldenkrais Method.
